The Fellows of the Pike Center are established scholars who are currently participating in Pike Center programs. Recognition as an established scholar is based on having a strong publications record as evidenced by the Google Scholar profile.
Mike Cahill is the Orthography Services Coordinator for SIL International. He earned a PhD in Linguistics from the Ohio State University in 1999 and has done fieldwork in Ghana. His main research contributions have been in the areas of phonology, tone analysis, and the design of practical orthographies.
